Relove Oxley believes in fast processing of all orders.

Click and Collect - Pickup
Simple and Easy - Jump to the product you wish to purchase, add it to the cart. Choose the Pickup tab and we will notify you when the items are available for collection from our Oxley Store. You will be notified when your item is READY to collect :)

Items are available to collect while ever we are open for trade. Check our trading hours on our home page (top of the page)

Please be prompt in collecting your items. ie please collect within 3 days of purchasing - we think that is fair.

Pickup Instructions

Domestic Shipping
We use Australia Post Parcel Shipping for City and Regional Areas.
Delivery Time is as per Australia Post - sometimes they are quick sometimes they are not.

These are all trackable and you will receive your tracking number when the shipment is lodged with Australia Post. 

Order Dispatching:

We dispatch orders 3 times per week as per the following

Day Order Placed Dispatched
Order on Sunday after 2pm Tuesday
Order on Monday Tuesday
Order on Tuesday before 2pm Tuesday
Order on Wednesday Friday
Order on Thursday Friday
Order on Friday before 2pm Friday
Order on Saturday Monday
Order on Sunday before 2pm Monday

SPEND OVER $150 for FREE Shipping
Domestic Australia Shipping with Tracking
Standard Item (With Tracking) $12.95
Heavy Items (With Tracking) $20.95

The above rates are regardless of how many items you purchase.

We can send items by Express Post (by request), however our experience is unless you are in the middle of a Capital City - ie Brisbane CBD to Melbourne CBD the Express Post option is a waste of money and parcels generally take around 3 days Express Post or Regular Post anyway

NOTE: Australia Post has recently increased their Parcel Rate on 1st July 2024. 
Australia Post minimum charges are as follows;
Over 500gm Parcel - $14.95 and Up to 1kg Parcel is $18.95
