Cypress Hill  is an American hip hop group from South Gate, California.  Cypress Hill  was the first Latin American hip hop recording group to have platinum and multi-platinum albums, selling over 18 million albums worldwide. They are considered one of the main progenitors of West Coast rap and hip hop in the early 1990s, critically acclaimed for their first four albums. 

Los Grandes Éxitos en Espaol  is a Spanish-language greatest hits album by Cypress Hill. It has been certified platinum by the RIAA. With the exception of the last track, which was previously unreleased, along with "Latin Lingo" and "Tres Equis", which appeared on  Cypress Hill  [MOVLP041], the album features old songs with new Spanish lyrics.
