To celebrate 21 years since the formation of Eskimo Joe, the platinum-selling band from Western Australia are reissuing their back catalogue in special new formats!

Over the next 12 months, the band's albums 'Girl' (2001), 'A Song Is A City' (2004), 'Black Fingernails, Red Wine' (2006), 'Inshalla' (2009) and 'Ghosts Of The Past' (2011) will be reissued on coloured vinyl and as anniversary edition CD packages.

The first in the reissue series will be Eskimo Joe's 2001 debut album 'Girl', which included the singles 'Planet Earth', 'Who Sold Her Out' and 'Liar' - issued on limited edition green vinyl.

Temperley says the band's origins can be traced to an inspiring trip to India in 1997, when he vowed his next trip overseas would be with his colleagues Stu Macleod and Joel Quartermain.

"I swore by the light of the moon that next time I travelled, I would be playing music with my friends. Twenty-one years later, we haven't stopped touring and playing music and it's been an absolute pleasure and a privilege. We are so proud of the music we have released so far."

Over the course of their career, Eskimo Joe have accrued seven platinum and two gold album certifications, as well as four top five positions in the ARIA Album Chart. Both 'Black Fingernails, Red Wine' and 'Inshalla' and hit number on the ARIA Album Chart.

The trio has toured internationally and performed at the Sundance Film Festival in the US, the Hurricane and Southside festivals in Germany and the Gurten festival in Switzerland, to name just a few. Eskimo Joe have also performed at massive Australian events including Sound Relief, Make Poverty History, Live Earth, Laneway Festival, Splendour In The Grass, Falls Festival and multiple Big Days Out.

Fans can expect to see and hear a lot more from Eskimo Joe as 2018 rolls on.
